Your Data
We take data protection very seriously.
When you visit the Site, leave comments on the Site and when you sign up to our newsletter via the Site, we collect, use and are responsible for certain Personal Data about you.

If you sign up to the waitlist for creating revenue sharing agreements with automatic payouts https://crm.openvideo.tech/revenueshare, we will collect your first and last name, your email address, your current country of residence as well as any other information or data that you may enter in the ‘interest’ field for the waitlist.
We use this Personal Data to add you to the waitlist so you would be the first to know if we ever launched a hosted, managed service. If we launch a hosted, managed service, we will contact you via the information and data you provided us with for that purpose. If you want to use the beta version of the mova application, you can apply to become a user here: https://crm.openvideo.tech/mova-beta-application and for that purpose we will collect your first and last name, your email address, your current country of residence, as well as any other information or data that you may enter in the field ‘Why are you interested in joining the Beta program?’. You may also provide us with more information and/or data by phone or email which we may store for the purpose of your application and you acknowledge that this Privacy Policy also applies to such data and/or information submitted by phone or email for the purpose of your application to use the mova beta application.
We use this Personal Data to contact you about your application to use the mova beta application, to contact you via email about the mova beta application, as well as other information related to the mova beta application and/or the Site, to customise the Site, to improve our services and the Site, to customise the Site’s content to your particular preferences. We may also contact you to notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy.

You may submit Personal Data via other forms on crm.openvideo.tech. The type of Personal Data submitted and the purpose for submitted said Personal Data is detailed on the specific forms.

Children
The Site is not intended for use by children and we do not knowingly collect or use Personal Data relating to children.
Comments
When you leave comments on the Site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the Site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the Site can download and extract any location data from images on the Site.

We run Plausible analytics on the Site. The following anonymised information is collected:

- HTTP Referrer. We use the referrer string to understand the number of visitors referred to the Site from links on other sites. For example: https://github.com/.
- Browser. We use this to understand what browsers people use when visiting the Site. This is derived from the User-Agent HTTP header. The full User-Agent is discarded. For example: Chrome.
- Operating system. We use this to understand what operating systems people use when visiting the Site. We only use the brand of the operating system and don’t include the version number or any other details. This is derived from the User-Agent
- HTTP header. The full User-Agent is discarded. For example: GNU/Linux.
Device type. We use this to understand what devices people use when visiting the Site. This is derived from - window.innerWidth. The actual width of the browser in pixels is discarded. For example: Desktop.
- Visitor Country. We look up the visitor’s country using the IP address. We do not track anything more granular than the country of origin and the IP address of the visitor is discarded. We never store IP addresses in our database or logs. For example: Canada.
Our legal basis for processing your Personal Data
When we use your Personal Data we are required to have a legal basis for doing so. There are various different legal bases on which we may rely, depending on what Personal Data we process and why.
The legal bases we may rely on include: (i) consent: where you have given us clear consent for us to process your Personal Data for a specific purpose, such as subscription to our newsletter; (ii) legal obligation: where our use of your Personal Data is necessary for us to comply with the law (not including contractual obligations); (iii) legitimate interests: where our use of your Personal Data is necessary for our legitimate interests (such as the improvement of our services and/or the Site).
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
If you sign up to our newsletter, we may share the visitor’s fist and last name, email address, as well as any other data or information provided by you, with our project partners. All of the aforementioned have signed a non-disclosure agreement or a standard terms agreement, which includes a confidentiality clause. Any further third parties we work with will also be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement or another agreement containing a confidentiality clause before they obtain access to your Personal Data as Controller or Processor.
This data sharing enables us to establish a list of recipients for our newsletter as well as to optimise the running of the Site and the provision and optimising of the provision of our services.
We will also share Personal Data with law enforcement or other authorities if required by applicable law.
Transfer of your information out of the UK & European Economic Area (EEA)
Our data server, crm.openvideo.tech, is located in the UK. All Personal Data is saved on that server. This means that your Personal Data, as well as your login, antispam or comment data will be stored in the UK.
Some of our sites – mova.claims and revenuesha.re are located in the Netherlands, which means they come under European data protection regulations. However no personal data is stored there.
Some parts of the site http://openvideo.tech, which parts do not save any of your Personal Data, are stored in California, USA. Countries outside of the EEA and the United Kingdom do not have the same data protection laws as the EEA and the United Kingdom. If you would like further information please contact us.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us through our Website and/or by contacting us through the contact details provided on the Website and/or using the ‘unsubscribe’ link in emails (to the extent provided). We will do this as soon as possible following your request but you acknowledge that this may take up to 10 days (a day being any day Monday to Friday that banks in the UK are open for business) to take effect. Your rights
